Yoga is the dance of every cell in your body to the music of your every breath that creates serenity of your mind.
Sri Hari practicing yoga since his childhood as he had studied literature of aurobindo, paramahansa Yogananda, swami Vivekananda and other Indian sages from the local public library in the very beginning of his life. He worked for government service and this job could not tied him in the academic and administrative fields, so he decided to get back to his roots i.e. yoga and spirituality. Apart from vast Knowledge of Indian philosophy, culture religion and spirituality (which he acquired through lifelong self-learning), he professionally attained a post graduate degree in yogic Science from Rishikesh. Though he is practicing yoga, Pranayam, shatkarma and meditation from the age of 7 he has more than 300 hours professional experience of yoga teaching and training. Hari believe that knowing what, how and why of every posture will enhance the impact of yoga on the body mind and spirit of a practitioner. Same time it is a bitter truth that practicing wrong posture for a long time
Qualification: Hari is trained in Ayurveda (from Red Cross Society of India), astrology, Indian heritage (Sanskrit Academy Delhi) and massage (from Uttarakhand Open University).
